These terms govern use of the IAA Forge website and participation in the private early access program. They are a plain-language draft.
Alpha software
IAA Forge is provided in alpha. It may change substantially, contain defects, and be withdrawn. Access is granted, suspended, or revoked at our discretion; submitting a request does not guarantee access.
Early access participation
Early access partners are invited by use case. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, feedback is voluntary and access is for evaluation on your projects, not redistribution of the software.
No warranty
The software and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of alpha software.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for losses arising from use of alpha software in live installations beyond what applicable law requires.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product matures. Material changes to the early access program will be communicated to active participants.
